We're a registered tax agent and highly skilled and experienced team of qualified accountants, drawing on backgrounds across accounting, tax, corporate finance, technology, healthcare, construction and IT project management. How does the discovery call work?
It's a free, 15-minute video or phone call. We talk through your business, your current setup, and what you're looking for. If we're a good fit, we'll send your subscription link the same day. If we're not, we'll suggest someone who might be. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — anytime. Most clients start on Compliance and move to Strategic within 6–12 months as they realise how much value the quarterly strategy work brings. Upgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. Downgrades follow the same rule.
Are there long contracts?
No. All plans are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation period. We've never needed to lock anyone in — clients stay because the work is good, not because the contract says they have to.
What if I already use a different accountant?
We handle the entire transition for you, including writing the formal handover letter to your existing accountant and migrating your Xero or MYOB data. Most switches take 2–3 weeks and require very little from you.
Why subscription pricing instead of hourly?
Two reasons. First — you should know exactly what you're paying. Surprise invoices destroy trust. Second — hourly billing punishes us for being efficient. The faster we work, the less we earn. Subscription pricing aligns our incentives with yours: we win when you win.
What if my business doesn't fit any plan exactly?
That's exactly what the Advisory tier is for. Many of our clients have unusual structures (multiple entities, trusts, property portfolios, international income) that don't fit a fixed package. We'll scope the work and quote a custom monthly fee.
